Calous is the ultimate face palm. Ive had the unfortunate pleasure of seeing them 2 or 3 times. The first time was at Mary's years ago, and openly lol'ed at the dirt ball front man. I kept thinking "This is a joke bad, right? He can't be serious with those stone washed, haggard jean shorts?" They are the apitomy of east side shit metal, and a cautionary tale of what NOT to do.

Well, last time it happened at the Mews, the lady who organized it got wasted and tried to start a fight with the door girl, claiming that she didn't give her any money. The last band added to this year's Lazerfest was Facecage, as selected by fans in Lazer's Battle of the Bands. It will be the fourth Lazerfest for Facecage, following shows in 2003, 2007 and 2008.

The band recently went through a hiatus, but is back and is working on its long-awaited fourth album. They'll take the stage at Lazerfest at 12:25, shortly after the gates open. If you want to see their set, alot a bit of extra time; traffice into Lazerfest will likely be killer.
