I decided that I liked Cirrus Minor better.

Oh, I have a question.... I remember reading High Times my freshman year of high school and seeing ads for legal tobacco one could smoke that supposedly have some of the same qualities as marijuana or would at least get you kind of fucked up. I've never heard of anyone trying this stuff. Do they still sell those sort of things? Does it work or is it like ordering X-ray specs from the back of Boy's Life?

I call that shit Pretendica. It's a bunch of bullshit. I once got a complimentary bag of that shit when I bought a bong. You'd be better off smoking tobacco or ditchweed.

i'll be seriously disappointed if Cirrus Minor wins. i accidentally went to their cd release show. not only were most of the bands (one was good) opening for them painful, they were not worth listening to.

I like Cirrus Minor. They're good friends of ours and they do put alot into their live shows. The comments under the vote are pretty funny. It looks like there was almost a fight between JRS and Cirrus Minor fans.

If we would have known that both bands were going to be in this, we probably would have spread our entries out so we would be in two seperate months' contests. It would be cool if the 515 were represented in High Times two months in a row.

Update: JRS and the High Rollers are getting their asses kicked with only 9% of the vote. Indofin just passed up Cirrus Minor and now there's a big argument over which of them is cheating. Gotta love the drama in the 515.
