Weird, sounds terrible, Has anyone tried the new Gingerbread Liqeur yet? I saw it at the liquor store the other day and thought that sounded pretty disgusting as well.

I had this with dessert on Thanksgiving, and it was amazing. Considering replacing my morning coffee with it. No need to clean the french press afterwards.

My drinks of choice/habit:

street coffee
yuengling (cheapest drinkable beer at the bodega)
sunkist orange soda

also it's common for bars around here to have extremely cheap PBR with whiskey shot deals, so that's what I usually drink when I go out.

wouldn't say it sucks, but very much so overrated...i usually get a mix thing from drugtown...but walgreens has had some aight deals on new belgium the past couple weeks...and that extra 2 bucks is something i can't argue with...but as i've been drinking it, ive been thinking to myself 'man, this really isn't that good'....

never liked fat tire all that much, other than it was always on special in Denver.

O'Dells is the Jem and the Holograms to New Belgium's Josie and the Pussycats.

that said, New Belgium provided free beer to my friend's bike shop every time he put on an event, so bonus points for that.

i stocked up at blue max when i was in mpls for baroness/earthless last week so i've been drinking a bunch of stuff you can't get in iowa, except for anchor's our special ale and sierra nevada celebration ale. the sam adams double bock is pretty good, too. glad we got their imperials up in this state finally.

what i brought back that that's blowin my mind:

victory yakima twilight ale
great divide old ruffian barleywine/yeti stout
surly coffee bender
too many avery bombers i brought back to mention
founder's harvest ale, backwoods bastard and dirty bastard scotch ales
just polished off a fifth of templeton that i was drinkin' with ginger ale

aside from that, still rockin' cold press coffee despite it being december, and peppermint green tea and echinacea for my sore throat. i have a bottle of surly darkness that i've been having stare downs with nightly, but will probably wait until winter gets serious before i drink.
