You know, this was announced three weeks ago. Not exactly news anymore.

There will be a final show for the most recent line-up October 4th, and then a reunion show of the We Are a Weapon line-up November 6th. Both will rule. I wish the insults on this board were as good as how Lambgoat posters have treated them.

Just inadvertently heard about this band. WTF...how is des moines having a music scene now? Coupled with a few other bands (*cough* destrophy...) and all the shit going on downtown it's looking like the Austin of the mid-west.

I never claimed to like this band...but I went anyway. I enjoyed Victim or Victory a lot more. TPTD seemed wayyyy too gimmicky and too much like a show rather than playing because you enjoy playing. I know that is a stupid thing to say because it is a show, but it isn't something I am used to seeing in hardcore. I pretty much only enjoyed myself during TPTD's last song when I got to stage dive the one time and everyone went crazy.

Other than that, I look forward to people actually going nuts at the Nov 6th show (and then going even MORE nuts at the In Defence show the next night!!!!)

yeah, those are my thoughts on this show.
