Return of the Jedi. They are at the Sarlacc pit, Luke has gotten his light saber and Chewbacca and Han are on the Desert Skiff after it get blasted and Lando falls off, Han says "Chewy, you're hit? Where?" Then Chewbacca alerts Han about Boba Fett, and Han hits him with the ax thing.
When Chewbacca is alerting Han, he's holding his leg and his knee is bloody.

you never think that chewy could be vulnerable since he's so big & such a badass, but he bleeds just like all of us. of course since he's so big & badass he just walks it off.
