Re: Kyler
i dont know, i have to call a guy at 9 to find out what happens with the door. i paid a deposit, but they said id probably still have to pay for a new door. after that im supposed to meet with the guy and go over some things in my room. am thinking that at the very most i get kicked out of the building. i highly doubt it will effect my stay at school or in the country.
...i guess ill find out tomorrow?
either way, its was a pretty crazy thing to have to go through.

Re: Kyler
the guys a big shot, he strolled in and shot off all the people hes talked to about this and how ill have a price before class at 2. he didnt really seem to care about any of the anecdotal evidence, and even gave me the keys to a spare room so i could lock up my valuables and sleep there while they are replacing the door. a guy will be over soon to measure the door. according to google a new flame retardant door is $150-200. whomp whomp whomp
Re: Kyler
ouch, he called school. im moving my shit to the new room. he seems a whole lot less happy. construction guys will be taking over my room soon.
Re: Kyler
i got an official warning from the city/the school and had to sign and date a copy for their records. central college said that it reflects on them negatively, and tried that old "if you pull a stunt like that again, youre done buddy!" bullshit. okay, they didnt exactly say that, but with the slap on the wrist it sure felt like it. the 400-500 euro electronic lock still works so i just need to pay for a 300 euro flame retardant door. im staying in another room for the time being... no word on if theyre charging me for it yet and no repair man has been by to take measurements. i hope i can just ride this one out.
