Who cares, really? At the end of the day, are you really going to feel better because you bashed someone on 515crew.com? Okay, so their business practices aren't what you'd like, so start one yourself. Its called DIY for a reason. Get in a van and book a tour. Press your own shirts, buttons, stickers, hats whatever, and go sell it. Book another tour. Repeat until the wheels fall off. As much as it pains me, T-Shirts, buttons, patches, etc are all forms of marketing.
If you have such an issue with their practices then start your own and prove you're ideas work better. Friendly competition is a good thing.
THE END
I don't know if you know it yet, but most of your shit is in boxes and you're kicked out of my house. It'd be tight if you'd finish the job.
THE END

so did they get evicted?
here was a message sent out to the bands that were supposed to play a show there on sunday:
"Hey guys.
sorry for the short notice, but the show sunday has been cancelled, and the venue is closing its doors permanently.
i dont really have time to explain everything right now. sorry."

i feel like the closing of the 620 house sufficiently meets the quota for "upping the punx" this week. now that the quotas been met, lets ride bikes

Support 620 House, get evicted from 620 house.
Perhaps SHAD and Fat Tony gooned the wrong mother fucker.
I just got a brand Spankin' new Shwinn Jaguar at a steal price. I wish to ride and "up the punx" as the kids say these days.

They booked a show with band called Artist Vs. Poet (pop/rock) and they're signed to a major label... not a single person showed up and they had to cancel.
I also once saw a dude take a line of coke in the driveway off of a car. shady?
touring bands are getting the wrong impression of des moines by stopping here.
game over.
ps. my band also did a hot topic in store show. it was actually kinda cool.
im not one to talk crap, but you're also in one of the least talented and most horrible bands to ever grace iowa.
That's funny, I don't see "Joe Summs" listed as a member of Same Sick Feeling anywhere on their myspace...

If you can't be proud of the music you make anywhere you go, then what is the point in playing music. Sounds to me like you are playing for a shot at that 75% illegal babes and the hot topic in store performances.

Lemme guess...."The Warren" in this instance is Warren County? I could see that being the backstory to their shitty band. "We got lost down by Carlisle one night on our way to "The Warren" for a house party." Ooof.

lol
A warren is a community of rabbit burrows, so the name means finding where you belong or importance of community.
