It is with great pleasure that Scenester Credentials proudly offers, for the first time ever, the limited gatefold double vinyl (200 red vinyl and 300 black vinyl) version of Yakuza's critically acclaimed CD released on Prosthetic Records last year.
Staying deeply rooted in a genre all its own, Chicago based Yakuza’s existence lies on a metal base with progressive flair, while somehow also incorporating elements of jazz, world beat and post-rock ambiance. Vinyl edition features an exclusive remix track by Justin K. Broadrick or Jesu / Godflesh fame. Transmutations was recorded and produced by Sanford Parker (Rwake, Pelican, Minsk).
