after not playing des moines for years the quad cities "outfit" known as the meth and goats have set their sights on a 515 comeback
may 7th, a thursday, has been carefully chosen as the most fitting date for this to happen.

unless youre a dumb ass you'll know that the goats have been tearing things up for close to a decade now (maybe more, they're gonna forward me their bio once its done) ive seen these guys rip at every great venue this state has ever known starting back in the days of the botan and im fucking stoked that they will finally be doing the haunted basement such a service.

show will come together in the next couple weeks. i just want two openers and i really think that nicoteen and lust should be one of them.

Yeah, he was cool. I didn't really care for the rest of those Eastern Iowa guys and I'm sure it was mutual. Jeff DestroySemioticRegimes was hilarious though.

never forget jeff custer.

i remember that kid got in trouble for riding his bike while drunk in the quad cities and the cop actually helped him home.

that kid and tim krack from organz remain two of my favorite quad cities folks, though talbot and jay bee are close behind.

god, i can't wait to see meth and goats play here again. been way too long.
