Terms and Agreements:

Initial Consultation-
Send me a link of your myspace or music site.
I'll check you out and see if I have some bands in mind or wanting to
play a show. (Genres may differ at a show)

Planning the Show-
Once initial consultation is done and I have decided to book you, I
will contact you and simply make an offer as to how much I would
(initially) pay you to play at the show. Offer is negotiable anytime
up to one week before the show. Band may be paid before the show in
advance but the band must sign a contract stating they will play
the show before any payment is received in advance. Every band is
guarenteed ($15.00) fifteen dollars for every show played that is
booked by White Oleander Booking

Payment-
Bands will be paid for playing at the show after their set. If wished
to be paid in advance the band must contact Joe Krier, 641-352-0543

Being Paid in Advance-
As stated in the section entitled, 'Planning the Show', a contract
will drafted to make sure White Oleander Booking as well as the people
at the show do not get ripped off. Contract must signed and sent to

Payment(cont.)-
Those who play the show but do not agree on a payment with Joe will only receive the ($15.00) minimum payment. No exceptions. NO exceptions at all. White Oleander Booking is issuing this policy to make sure bands read through the terms and agreement clauses. White Oleander Booking is not trying to be a dick. =]

Equipment-
Either I, or another band, or you will be in charge of providing a PA System. Of course it is required of everyone that you use your own instruments. White Oleander Booking will not be in charge of providing any instruments. In the case of lost or stolen equipment, White Oleander Booking assumes no responsibility.

Attendees-
White Oleander Booking not responsible for injuries. Attendees enter at their own risk. No sitting on tables or you will be kicked out. White Oleander Booking has the right at any time to kick anyone out. At every show these terms will be listed at the door.

White Oleander Booking has the right to kick you out for the following:
Sitting on tables
Fighting
Theft (Police may be called)

Enter at own risk:
Not responsible for injuries
No refunds

"We're metal with melodic guitar. The ambient thing is just the intro on our demo. We're wanting to play in pella cause we were wanting to play at new place with some locals.
