I think Chris Moore set this show up, it's to help Johns family with funeral costs so come out if you'd be willing to help.

hey nick (or if nick doesn't see this could you ask him tyler?), is it possible that i may use your drums for this show? i'll be coming from ames and it is going to be tight on timing without me having to go to the haunted basement and load up my drums and then go to the kirkwood and be there on time. Plus there are a million bands playing which sucks for timing also.
Thanks
abortions for some, miniature american flags for others

ive seen the guy around but dont know him. a friend asked us to do it so we said yes.
the guy putting it on told me 830 today. with 12ish bands that could be variable so if you want see us show up sooner than that probably. we were told we are playing 3rd from last.
hey nick, i know jordan is using your drums but can we ask another favor? can cecil use someones cab? or whatever guitarists use? ill pm you my number so you can confirm as i wont be able to check this before the show.

Hey I just found out this is canceled. The owner of the Kirkwood said that, "It's too big of a show to have without security" or some shit like that and he flaked.
Chris wants to reschedule this next month at Liars Club, and to everyone I am sorry.

liars club is a terrible idea. too small and the floor is slick as fuck. plus huge windows, someone will end up going thru one.

Ah, well I just found this out and I'm not really sure what is going on. Just want to let everyone know it's NOT happening.

I went and checked it out the other day, there's a room to the left behind Zen's kitchen. I think that's the restaurant...it's sort of a hall. I'm not sure though but that's the only thing that made sense to me.

I don't understand why they don't just do this at the Mews or House of Bricks or something. It would cost a lot less, I'm sure that room at the Kirkwood is very expensive to rent out.
....just kidding.

What a bummer this show got canceled. Seriously. if I wasn't playing tonight, I would have went to this. Since it's canceled, you might want to check out the Tuesday night beer specials at HOB along with our crappy band and a has been rapper.
One Buck Bottled Beers every Tuesday - 9 to 10 pm.
Two Buck Bottled Beers every Tuesday - 10 to midnight
and then . . . back to one buck midnight to 1!
This includes Bud, Bud Light, Lite, High Life, Bud Select, PBR, Coors Light and more!
I poop on Petland!

I think the price for Kirkwood was 200 dollars.
I'll talk to Ryan and Chris about a different venue when I see them.
