at the taco johns on ingersoll.
Have to say that after seeing DRI like 5 or 6 times they are one of the most boring bands in the world to see live. In fact the last couple of times I saw them, we left to get something to eat and were disappointed when we returned and they were still playing an hour later.
that's cool, but after seeing D.R.I. 0 times and really liking their music, i'd really like to see them, get some food (from the taco johns that we are all inside) and have them be playing an hour later.
Persona non grata

bad brains was terrible live, you get more excitement sitting in a dark room with your eyes shut listening to black dots.

gorilla biscuits on the other hand...best show i have ever been to. those of you that were there know.

Black Flag
Articles of Faith
Limp Wrist
A Silver Mt. Zion (Missed 'em when they were in DSM)
Modest Mouse (Right around the time that Lonesome Crowded West came out)

I can't really think of a venue so I'd just go with the Mews.

actually, there was only one recorded song of 'squinx, and that tape dissappeared shortly after i stole it from goober. i think joe todd took it. i still play a few of their tunes on the few odd moments i have a standard tuned guit in my hands. morris said i remembered his songs better than him. r.i.p. buddy, did you hear about one stop?
i remember meeting eric dyer briefly, maybe some sort of road trip? but i don't think i ever heard him play with y'all. didn't you guys steal dave for a bit, or was that the thing with joe and blake. something about being a quarter short of a dollar?
every time you use your cell phone around my kids i am gonna blow smoke in your face. cancer is cancer.
