Thats funny yoh! Jacob(the keyboardist) was over at my pad playing old school Nintendo last weekend. I guess some people can't stay away from the classics!

p.s. I got at Sam and the Faint about this show, I'd love to get Oh possum involved if they are doing locals?!

Word. I could easily do this..but...are you simply implying that the cords are
all messy, tangled and fucked...cuz they are actually pretty organized for once!
I'd like to hook up my snes and nes so they are both connected simultaneously, the transition from one to the other is what makes for the cord conundrum!

Why would I do that? So you can bash whatever band I put on there? How about you come talk to me in person about bands we should put on there. I will be at People's Court tonight (the envy corps). Actually, any one of you 515crew regulars that want to come to the envy corps show tonight and see how great they are... list your name and you're in.

Since I know you wont actually come... how about you give me a list of locals that would have your approval for playing the Faint show. In the event that a local is allowed, I will submit the list to management and see what band the faint wants to play.

The faint guys told me they were bringing their own openers for the tour...
I suppose if they changed their minds about locals they would get at Sam about it first. Looking forward to this show regardless. I think the last time they were here
it was a Botanical Center show...ha, remember?!

I was talking with Jacob of the Faint tonight
about this event and he was telling me that they just found out in the last day or so that they were going to have a local band open- so they asked if they had a say in who it was going to be- which would have been oh possum and well....
one percent productions had already asked and insisted on...

Keepers of the carpet

I wonder if they are long time fans of the faint like Will Bliss and I.....who knows how this music biz stuff actually works...maybe local weezer pop rock makes more sense than local video/beat/instrumental electronic music somehow for this?!....sorry, the jealousy will pass soon enough. anyways, go to this show!!

I would go to this if Jaguar Love (Johhny & Cody formely of The Blood Brothers) was opening. Unfortunatley they join the tour 2 days after the DSM show. Think blood brothers with soul ala' James Brown.
