my dad told me that he hated working with wheat flour, because it made it hard to make good pizza or bread dough. so he used unbleached white flour and then added flaxseed (and probably other stuff too) and it made it manageable wheat flour.
that's the extent of my working knowledge, i'm afraid.

i think high schools are a good place to hit. and guitar shops too. i know Crazyhorse has a board for fliers, maybe others do too? i know that before i moved to des moines, when i lived out in bondurant, i found out about shows from boards at guitar shops.
