Re: What I will more than likely not be doing in July
I wouldn't mind seeing Anti-Nowhere League, even though I'd keep my expectations low. Also, I've seen the U.S. Bombs a few times and they were also fun, so I'd suspect Duane Peters Gunfight might be as well? I've never seen Cobra Skulls live, but they play some good music. Never heard of Ashers. I'd...

Oh....I'm gonna post all of Banner Pilots releases in this thread later. Tonight I'll rip my Gateway District 7" and post it here as well. I'll try and track down more stuff from The Manix too. Both Banner Pilot and Gateway District will have brand new full length albums out just before this sh...

i'm sure nick's gonna tell you all about it Hah. Yeah...you could say I am more than stoked for this show. I hope people don't get turned off by the "pop-punk" label, as they aren't your traditional Ramonescore/Weaselcore generic pop-punk. These bands have that Minneapolis/Midwest grit an...

everyone, stop saying up the punx why cant these mother fuckers find the warren? i mean, theyve been a band for a while now... its not that hard. Lemme guess...."The Warren" in this instance is Warren County? I could see that being the backstory to their shitty band. "We got lost dow...

Re: 7/22-Gogol Bordello at People's Court
Not into the music so much, but I have seen them live and they were pretty great.
At least they are getting decent shows at People's Court. I wish Alkaline Trio would guarantee nothing but old songs when they play, as I might go to that if that were the case.

Wonder how those suckers who paid for the VIP passes before they even announced bands feel now? I'd feel shafted.
Even the locals suck. Floodplane? Really? At least get Baber's Neighbors if your gonna get a hippie band.

Re: 620 house?
 What you just typed is completely backwards and silly. You should be booking bands at house shows because you want to see them play, you want others to see them play, and you want to help these bands out. You should be booking them at your house for the love of the DIY attitude and ethic... ...

Re: NEW FREE MUSIC THREAD
we are beyond torrent files in these parts. Oh. Why? They are a great way to get music as long as you aren't stupid and get it from a public tracker and stick to private ones. How do you feel about Usenet? Or IRC? IRC is still where just about every album is leaked first. It is where "The Scen...

Shutup, Nick. -Joe. Why? It's okay to have a thread with links to free music but it isn't alright to talk about or offer invites to a site for free music? It's all about what.cd. Though it may not be the best place for punk or metal specifically, it is easily the best overall music torrent site. Al...
