1970, not sure if it's American or not, says kalamazoo inside it, but the serial number and model are worn off the sticker. I was told it was American, but no guarantees on that. Needs a fret either sanded down or replaced, plays real nice,good shape, comes with hard case. If anyone wants pictures, email me and I'll send you some. This is a real nice guitar, I have two acoustics, and I like the other one better.
